Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 8-18 business days after your order ships. Your jacket ships from our international fulfillment partner, and every order includes tracking.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders over $70, which includes every SplashCode jacket order. Orders under $70 ship for $8.00.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

Carrier delays can happen during busy seasons or bad weather. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your package arrives damaged, or it hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at cloudvoyage.info@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
